New Updated Homepage + Template For Other Pages - HTML CSS

General information for the website: 2 webpages needed. Need an updated homepage and a template that I can use for my website's other pages. No database work required.

Description of every page/module: My website is looking dated and I need the homepage to be redesigned. I have an example of how I want it to look (an existing webpage).

I also need a template that I can use for me other website pages, which I will update once I have the template.

No database work needed, it is all straightforward HTML/Dreamweaver/CSS type stuff.
Description of requirements/features: You'll need to redesign the homepage based on an example that I'll give you. You'll need to source a photo and need to build the page so that I can edit all text on the page, apart from the buttons, which I will supply. Also need a template for my other pages which I will update.
