New Template Work

I have an existing WordPress site that I want a new home page for. I have the layout already. I need the layout converted responsively to best SEO and speed practice. We require you to sign a NDA prior to any work.
If this goes well we will have other work for you. We build website for companies all over the UK.
The section on the page that says click and collect and home delivery charges apply needs to pin to the top of the page under the header. Note the header is new across the website. For Mobile they will need to be presented with an option to select home delivery or click and collect and then display the product from the selection but the other button should also remain. The page will have an additional requirement. The page is for a shop with two sides. One is home delivery the other is collection. Both of these will be shown on the one page.
However we want a popup to warn people that they can not order home delivery and collection products on one order. So to be clear we will show home delivery items on one side and collection items on the other. If someone selects home delivery items then selects an item that is collection the pop up will say sorry you cant add collection products to home delivery orders. And vice versa.
