New (Lead Conversion) Website needed for Business

General information for the website: We're a specialist executive recruitment (search) firm focusing on Human Resources
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 5/6
Description of every page/module: We need to overhaul our current website - www.blackwoodandprom.com which has been in situ since 2010, now looking very dated. We're looking for someone who can design a bold, professional-looking website that is optimised for search and mobile devices, as well as social media links (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)

Experience designing websites for other search firms / professional services firms would be advantageous
Description of requirements/features: One of the most important requirements is that we can do basic editing on this website ourselves in the future, ie should we need to add a testimonial or change of contact details (at the moment we have to ask the original designer to carry this out)

We have a fairly typical website - "home page", "about us" etc - ultimately we're looking to overhaul the website to focus on Lead Conversion - again, anyone we'd be very interested to hear of anyone with experience of designing such a website.
