We are an accountancy business in London, UK. We have our website www.zaccounting.co.uk and need an web expert to add two forms (attached) in our website.
The idea is that potential client or employee should be able to fill the form online from their mobile or computer and once hit Submit we should receive completed Information Form in to relevant email.
Any suggestions/ recommendations to improve process are welcome.
Right candidate must put the word "November 2023" at beginning of their response in order to show that you have read the project thoroughly. Responsive who missed this will be ignored.

It is built on what platform ? Is it PHP based ?

Do you need the provision of hand-drawn signatures for both of the forms on the online versions, or if you are comfortable with a form without hand-rawn signatures? A digital sign (i.e., the form filler type their name, and check-mark 'I agree') is an alternative option, just in case.
