I apologize for the low rate but I am on a tight budget.
I have a paid survey/offerwalls site. I believe it is PHP Laravel and I need a "Featured Offers" section added to it and I'll also need to be able to easily add the offer details and image from the backend.

Rather ironic name for the website when you don't have any. Would you consider removing the malware and fixing the load time might be a better job first of all?

Hi, the budget is too low - dont even meet the minimum national wages rate. we can fix the issues if you consider raising it to a suitable level. May be 50 dollars.
