I'd need the website to have two login options, users and members. The website should Restrict what pages the users can see in comparison to the members. The website would be used to make bookings for self-employed cleaners and the website would take a percentage off the transaction. The Sign-Up process for a cleaner must include verifying yourself and if possible, provide adequate references. The members should be able to customize their profile with a description, profile picture and a feedback section. The website will have a referral system for members, each member will have a certain referral code.

1. Could you explain the difference between a user and a member? Is a user someone who wants to book a cleaner, and a member is a cleaner, or is there another distinction?
2. I would like to know how many landing pages you want to build and in what platform or CMS is.
