Need a similar website to hostedscan.com

This is a project from scratch. I need the front end design and back end. So if you can only do front end design or only back end development then still apply because I need both and may hire multiple talent.

I want the web application to use open source FREE tools such as NMAP, OPENVAS, OWSAP ZAP and SSLYZE to perform the scans as an automated process. You type the IP addresses or domain in the search box and the website automatically runs the automated scan similar to hostedscan.com

is this possible to create an automated scanning tool that utilises the open source tools ? see hostedscan.com for a similar website that I want developed. The website uses free open sources scanning tools and combines them for a easy convince way to perform multiple automated scans.
