Need a full stack developer to help us with API intergration

We are seeking an experienced developer to integrate an API into our new website using eg Python, Httpie, Node, cURL etc. The successful candidate will play a key role in connecting our website with external services and leveraging the functionality provided by the API.

Responsibilities:
- Understand the requirements and functionality of the API and how it aligns with our website's objectives.
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement the API integration in Python.
- Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code to establish a seamless connection between our website and the API.
- Ensure the secure and reliable transmission of data between the website and the API, implementing appropriate authentication and error handling mechanisms.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any integration issues or inconsistencies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to ensure a smooth and user-friendly API integration.
- Document the integration process, including code documentation and guidelines for future maintenance and updates.

Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Python and web development frameworks.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating them into web applications.
- Solid understanding of RESTful architecture and API concepts.
- Familiarity with authentication mechanisms such as OAuth or API keys.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicate effectively, and meet project deadlines.
- Attention to detail and the ability to write clean, well-structured, and documented code.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Prior experience with similar API integrations in Python is a plus.
