Num. of web pages/modules: 25-30
Description of requirements/features: I have a website that is currently on the Umbraco .NET CMS platform.
As it is very rarely updated, I would like to move the entire thing to a static HTML website - ideally a mobile-responsive one.
I would want it to be identical, in terms of URLs, H1, H2 tags, Title tags, filenames, content, etc. - Basically just stripping out the Umbraco code.
