The client have the wordpress.com hosting account and they need migrating their website onto our servers.
I have created a new website on our siteground server and I will invite you after acceptance.
You need to take backup of Wordpress website and upload onto our siteground servers (The client have made changes so we have to take the up to date backup from their wordpress.com hosting).
Once this is done then i will point the domain to our servers.

Before anything else, you need:
1. WordPress.com admin access (or at least export permissions)
2. SiteGround Site Tools / WordPress install access
3. Any paid WordPress.com plan details (important for full export capability)
