Mobile Version Styling

I have inherited a site which is in needs a mobile version created. I have a good set of supplied visuals which describe the intended mobile styling. The work involves adding a mobile hamburger menu or equivalent, icon replacements, hide/show content areas, some positioning and ensuring content is responsive.

I have a good set of 7 visuals which describe the desired styling and function across key pages.

The job should be completed by end of Feb 2016 or sooner. And the budget I've shown below is a guide.
