As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing our real-time applications, contributing to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and develop real-time applications using Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and sockets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Lead the development and implementation of complex features, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infinite loops, high CPU and memory usage, delayed responses, memory leaks, and network failures.
Optimize and maintain the performance of existing applications, implementing best practices and performance tuning techniques.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, suggesting innovations and improvements to our tech stack.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum [5] years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on real-time applications.
Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and Express.js, with hands-on experience in socket-based communication.
Proven expertise in resolving challenges related to real-time application architecture and performance optimization.
Solid experience in dealing with monolith architecture projects, handling complex interdependencies, and maintaining data consistency.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Excellent understanding of logistics systems and the ability to incorporate logistics-related concepts into real-time applications would be a bonus.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of projects from inception to completion.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
