Make HTML Pages responsive

General information for the website: Business Listing Page
Description of requirements/features: For a Business Listing page we want about 20+ HTML Pages from scratch and forms (make my own template). All in one Header and footer.

Develope on your own Webspace. Send me the link for the Webspace so that i can see the project developement every time. After finish the Developement, install this on my Server.
Develope it W3C validated (0 Errors) with good google speed Test (+85%) and responsive (mobile friendly).
First you develope this in english, then in germen (i translate this).
You Install this on your (not my) Server first and i check the function when you are ready.

Delivery in 8 days on my Server.
