Make Existing Website Fully Mobile & Tablet Responsive

I’m looking for an experienced website developer to fix responsiveness issues on my existing website. Currently, the site works fine on desktop but is not properly optimized for mobile and tablet devices.

The scope of work includes reviewing the current website layout, fixing CSS/layout issues, and ensuring the site displays and functions correctly across all screen sizes, including mobile phones and tablets.
