Magento based website created

We require a MAGENTO based website creating.
Set up FTP
Install Magento
Create basic theme
Create drop down make / model / engine menus
Create custom 'search'

This is a 'sandbox' trial for a new website. We're just interested in getting functionality 100% right more than the look at the moment.
A look a little like eurocarparts.com with similar parts / makes "Tree".

We wish to put in the products CODES (such as 123, 234, Product group - such as Brake Pad, MAKE - such as BOSCH)
Then have the search perform Brake pads + Bosch + 123 to return the results.

OR Search BOSCH to return all results etc

Some on site work in KENT may be necessary
