Magento 2 - Frontend Theme Development

We are looking for a frontend developer to help us design a custom theme for our Magento 2 store.

The order of development will be:
1 - Set up new theme folder structure
2 - Header and footer development. - Desktop, Mobile & Tablet
3 - Homepage content development. - Desktop, Mobile & Tablet

Requirements:
- Theme should be built using “Luma” as the parent theme.
- LESS should be used to handle most stylings to keep consistency throughout styles.
- Anything above the fold should be loaded in the critical.css file.
- All code written should be neat, tidy and commented.
- The Adobe Magento frontend developer guide should be followed and maintained at all times. https://devdocs.magento.com/guides/v2.4/frontend-dev-guide/bk-frontend-dev-guide.html
- Theme will have custom text, all text should have translation text added so it can be translated across our various sites.
- You must be able to show you are a QUALIFIED Magento 2 frontend developer.

What we expect:
- Your code will be clean, neat and well commented.
- You will follow best practice at all times.
- As speed is important to us we want to avoid render loading resources so ensuring we load as few files as possible is important.
- We have a font-awesome pro subscription that you will need to integrate into the theme to get all the icons needed.

Brownie points:
- If you have worked with Adobe XD before specifically converting from Adobe XD to a theme.

If successfull with this stage we will have more work to be completed.
