Magento 2.4.6 site needs security patches updates and fixes

My website is currently running has had some carding issues and need either and update from Magento 2.4.6 to Magento 2.4.8 or all security patches installed ..captcha for checkout....(also a checkbox for agree to terms).also my email which is linked to gmail has stopped working so SMTP needs to be set up....the Blog software is old and needs to be updated to 2.13.1. Also printing packing lists is not set up it currently only prints invoices. Please only respond if you can get working on this ASAP and if your skilled at magento 2. Website screenshot is below..
