Made.com Style Modern E-Commerce Site

Project Overview
I’m looking for an experienced full-stack developer to finalize a modern e-commerce platform inspired by Made.com, with a strong focus on user experience and real payment processing. The project is functional but needs key features and UX improvements to be production-ready and high-quality.
Core Features
• Products & Categories: Furniture, décor, lighting; detailed product pages with images, descriptions, pricing, availability; category filtering.
• User Accounts: Email/password authentication, user profiles, account alerts, and account-related information display.
• Cart & Checkout: Add/remove items, cart persistence across refreshes, checkout via PayPal and Stripe, order status updates in the user dashboard.
• Dashboard & Admin: Order history, profile management, admin product and order management, basic sales analytics.
• UI: Clean, modern, fully responsive design with smooth navigation and streamlined checkout.

Current Issues & Needed Improvements
• Payment flow is partially implemented
• Cart clears on page refresh
• Wishlist not functional, missing loading states, and incomplete mobile UI
• Need fully functional payments, cart persistence, notifications, skeleton loaders, and mobile UX improvements.
Tech Stack (Preferred)
React / Next.js, Node.js / Express, MongoDB / MySQL / Firebase, PayPal / Stripe, deployment on Vercel.
Deliverables
A fully functional e-commerce website, admin dashboard, documented and deployable codebase, secure payment integration, and a responsive, polished UI.
