Looking for talented web designer

I have a cupons webpage and it is built in css/html/javascript/ajax/mysql. Basicly I am looking for a designer with talent that can give my web a magic touch and convert the actually acceptable design to something elegante and awsome. I have knowledge on web development but I can't get this WOW effect that I am looking for. I need assistance to change only the aspect not the code of the page. So if you think that you can help please let me know.
