Looking for an Elementor specialist to recreate 2 websites

We are looking for an Elementor specialist to recreate 2 websites into Wordpress & Elementor.

The 2 websites are:

https://www.theoneloveproject.co.uk/

New Wordpress installations are already setup, just needs someone to change layout & styles.

The old websites are in Wix - design has to be similar (and must include all information), but happy to update with modern look & feel.

This is for a local charity, so budget is limited.
