Long term website developer to help take care of my website.

I run a very successful online business teaching women spiritual practices to empower themselves. I'm looking for someone to become my web person; initially I have a few small but annoying things that need doing such as linking domains to new hosting providers, fixing problems with emails not coming through, as well as making changes to the front end design, but I'm looking for a long term relationship with the right person, to then start work on SEO etc.

I will need quite a few changes made to the site over the next few weeks, and after that Ill need regular backups of the site and security. I need someone very confident and experienced with Wordpress and ideally the DiVi theme.
