Laravel web application

General information for the website: New web application development
Description of requirements/features: We are looking for someone to help with development of the first version of a responsive web application using Laravel PHP framework, Laravel Spark (optional) for user authentication, user management and billing, and Angular or similar JavaScript framework for the front end. Some wireframe mockups and a list of features are attached to this job - please refer to these documents in preparing your proposal. If you are able to include a cost for visual design in your proposal, please separate this out as we may provide designs for you to code. I am happy to answer any questions. Specific technologies required: Laravel and possibly Laravel Spark for back-end and admin. Angular or similar JS framework for front end (together with HTML/CSS)
