Laravel site to be completed based on a competitor site

I have a project that that been started but I don't have time to complete within my own framework (by 20 April) - it is a Laravel project that needs to be finished, replicating the functionality of a competitor site. I am looking for a Laravel expert that has done similar work to a very high standard. Full information provided to shortlist.
