Laravel authentication integration with an existing Vue.Js app

We have the "Materio Laravel Admin Template" purchased from https://themeselection.com/.

We are looking for a freelancer to help us build a Laravel authentication system with roles and permissions on top of this package.

The authentication should cookie-based and use Laravel Sanctum and CASL (for roles and permissions).

What we provide:
Access to the template repository

What we need:
- a working login page from the template that uses Laravel Sanctum to log in to the admin panel.
- roles and permissions migrations
- pages where roles and permissions are managed
