I currently have a WordPress website that requires modifications to its landing page. Specifically, I would like to transform it into a split-screen format, enabling visitors to choose between accessing the magazine or agency page.

Furthermore, I am in need of a straightforward agency website to be developed. I already possess the designs for both of these pages. I also need simple sub-categories within the site.

Rest assured, I will supply all the necessary imagery, fonts, and any other elements required.
