Description
Experience Level: Expert
I need a developer (mostly js with php) to build a 'gift list' bookmarklet.
This will be used by people who download the bookmarklet to easily add gift ideas from retail websites to their personal gift list on my website which they can then show to their friends/family etc
EXAMPLE: When bookmarklet is clicked while on a shopping site (e.g. https://www.johnlewis.com/jlab-audio-air-executive-true-wireless-bluetooth-in-ear-headphones-with-mic-remote-black/p4283516) the bookmarklet will fetch the name of product, image of product, price of product and use them to populate a small window with a submit form. If the bookmarklet cannot read the product data then the fields must be available for the visitor to enter details manually. The bookmarklet will also fetch a list of listnames from my own site which will populate a short menu so the user can choose which 'list' to add the product to.
The form should also post a hidden field with the url of the shop page (johnlewis in our example above)
The form will be submitted to a database on my own site.
in particular is important that the imageurl of the product is easily added to our db by non technical visitors. So this would mean we need to display a thumbnail of the image within the form.
following submission there should be a thank you message and option to close the window
The db is already done so building it is not part of the job. Styling for the form will be provided.
We would prefer that the form processing is handled in php.

Code must be marked up with clear explanation of what each section does.
