We need an interactive html form to help customers select the correct product for their application. Our website is a mobile responsive wordpress website.
A detailed description & outline layout of the form requirements is attached.
Technical approach: We think the most appropriate solution is likely to be a custom form, rather than a plugin, using javascript/php for implementing the interactive logic.
