Improve my existing website design and mobile friendly

Hello,

I have created a wix webpage for my UK Dental Surgery business. The Surgery serves the local community and is a small single site business.

The website I have created is basic. My objectives are
1. To have a website that I can independently manage going into the future, that is easy for me to update on a weekly basis.
2. The website should be graphically appealing & professional to the client
3. The website should be interactive
4. The website should command organic growth on google, SEO optimised
5. The website should be mobile friendly.

Current Issues that I would like sorted
1. Currently the site is NOT Mobile friendly – Not Optimised
2. The design is dated - I do not like white columns
3. The existing logo is acceptable but it needs to be more vibrant, needs tweaking
4. SEO - currently google is unable to detect when last updated, currently text is not boxed in headings, currently pictures are not tagged,
5. I would like better scrolling options eg. parallax scrolling
6. improve the footer
7. Changes should not be to the detriment of website speed
8. My facebook link has restricted access when clicked.
9. Create a register at dental surgery form
