    Knowing the theme would be helpful and what the pages are in relation to, assuming one will be the HOME page.
    Knowing the purpose of the site will allow an initial assessment and in turn send a meaningful proposal that includes any recommendations; limitations (if any); approach for each page; timeline and cost.

    It's further assumed that you already have a domain name registered and hosting suitable for WordPress in place.
