I require a website and a writer to create content.

We are a over 60s accommodation supplier incorporating social and private sector. The content is the same as other retirement operators but we offer many additional services and features to create a inspired sustainable community of residents that give something back to the community.
The website and content is quite straightforward but unfortunately I am snowed under and need creative people to give me some inspiration.
I am happy to pay for the service and would request that anyone who takes this project on recognises that this is just the beginning and a lot more work will follow if pricing and previous work is good.
Also I am old school and if there is an opportunity to meet face to face that would be helpful for me. i am based in Berkshire and can travel.
