I need to fix my website calendar.

I need someone with experience to fix my calendar.

My calendar on my website has 2 different lines to choose the exact hour and minutes by moving the bar left and right by hand on mobiles.

Those bars are not movable now and my customers have to click several times +- to go right or left and choose time and minutes.

I uploaded an image where i marked the bars who need to be fixed for mobile use.
