I need to create a website- a basic one

Hi I need to create a website....its quite basic really.

I want it to be similar to elongate.cc

So yeah something similar to that.

I will give my words and pictures I want to put on my website after I have chosen someone to create my website.

I want someone to build it for $100 australian dollars.
For $10 Australian I want someone to show me how to add my domain to the website you build for me please.
