I need to create a website

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to create a website to help people do searches for a certain industry. I have already purchased a domain. I'm preferably looking for someone for the UK. I would need a basic landing page and Faq pages etc however not a WordPress site. I would also need a full backend system that would allow multiple users to create apications, take payments and manage customer accounts.

I need to be able to have as much control and access to the website to make changes to the forms, prices and products Inc any package offers and content/images.
