Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
Attached is a PDF file that I would like converted into raw HTML with minimal CSS additions. There are plenty of PDF to HTML converter tools online which I have tried but these tools are not returning a raw HTML/CSS document that can be easily editable by hand. I am looking for HTML/CSS expert to produce a simple HTML/CSS version of this PDF. The printout format should "Legal" and it should all fit on one page just like the PDF sample.
