Description of requirements/features: i need preferably a web designer/developer to write out a document that will explain all the requirements and functionality of a website, needs to be descriptive enough for a programmer to be able to use as a guide line through out the whole project
i would prefer if you was able to draw up mocks and be creative with the ideas i may provide you
