I need some new functionality on my WordPress site

1. The blog posts on mobile now show 4 lines on the bottom. Need to remove 3 of them.

2. The blog page on mobile shows the column of blog posts off center. Need them to be centered and to remove the unnecessary red line see on the left
3. the download PDF box to replace this one. Same styling. The title for now can be FREE Photoshoot Tips to Look Your Best. The CTA will say DOWNLOAD
- [ ] I need to be able to replace the PDF later so it should be allowing me to upload a new PDF and redirect the widget to that new file URL when needed. To test if red background works instead of black box.
- [ ] the name and username have to go to the database that the current subscription box on the home page is sending to. Let's use that as reference. In the same process, it would be good if also I get email notifications when someone as downloaded the PDF
- [ ] I need a new backup after all the new changes.

Finally, on mobile the home page images are now loading in high quality. But when I click to go to the blog page, all the photos load in high quality. Is this an auto setting for lazy loading and why doesn't it load on mobile but on laptop every image on the home page loads perfectly in high quality? Please look into and propose a solution to make.
