I need some issues fixed and a blog page for my wordpress website

Description of requirements/features: I have an existing wordpress woocommerce website but require the following:

1) when a payment is made it is not automatically sent to processing or completed, I have to manually go into my dashboard to change the process. I need this to be automatic so that customers do not panic once they make a payment and are notified almost immediately. I have been unsuccessful trying to fix the problem myself and is not quite as straightforward as it appears.

2) I require a nicely formatted blog page.

There may be more in the future, I am a start up business, I would ideally like to work with someone who is reliable, efficient and competent.
