I need my current website rebuilt as a self-hosted, SEO optimized Wordpress site.

My parents run a dog boarding kennel business in Worcestershire in the UK. It is a small, family business that has been run successfully by my mother for the last 25 years. When my father retires from his main career in May of this year he will be taking over the business and is looking to grow it substantially. He has started to build a brand new kennels facility which will be going into operation when he takes over and to ensure this extra capacity can be utilised from the outset, we are ramping up our marketing between now and then.

This will revolve around the creation a new website but also include social media campaigns, some physical adverting and putting out some brochures.

The current website (http://www.deansfordkennels.com/) has been in operation for about 3 years and was created using the very basic Mr Site CMS (http://uk.mrsite.com/). It looks very basic, does not allow for much flexibility and doesn't look as good as we'd like.

Draft proposal for new website

1. Home: Overview of offering, as per current site
2. Life at the kennels: detailed description of how we care for animals, as per current site
3. Gallery: A selection of images that show the kennels
4. Kennel Diary: A blog section that can be updated easily and frequently.
5. How to Find us: Addresses, maps including Google Maps API
6. Dropping off and Collecting: A schedule of opening times and requirements, as per current site
7. Reviews: Some reviews from customers.
8. Fees; A schedule of our fee structure
9. Make a booking: Should have a form that goes through to an email request. It should also allow users to download our registration form as a PDF document to complete in advance of arrival
10. Terms & Conditions: A page detailing all our T&C's, should also allow customer to download a PDF version of our T&C's.
Description of requirements/features: 1. Google Anlaytics tracking enabled.
2. Linked with our Facebook, Google+ and Twitter accounts
3. The site should work on be optimised for mobile devices
4. I want to use TSO host, where I have existing account.
CMS and Admin requirements: The current site is up for renewal on 16th Feb and before then I would like to have rebuilt it as a self-hosted, Wordpress site. I built this original site and have also had a go at a building a few other sites in Wordpress but without much success. Through the site redevelopment process, I would also like to learn more about how to build a site in Wordpress.

I am also currently having some work done on logo's and design themes which I would like to incorporate in this new site.
