I need Moodle setup/ installation for e-learning academy

General information for the website: I am looking to start an online training business in a specific technical field that will attract private and public sector clients. Ultimately I would need them to enrol, pay, attend the training, submit assignments etc.
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: Not sure
Description of every page/module: I would like to use Moodle as the basis for my e-learning academy website or a link from my website to the Moodle site. I expect my website to have the following pages:-
About us/ Welcome
Course selections/ descriptions/ pricing
Course enrolment - selecting course, online/ in person and payment
Contact page (for now)

I have a domain registered already

On the Moodle site I want to be able to manage - upload / edit of materials; assignment results; forum topics etc.
