I need Google tag manager set up for Google Analytics Event tracking for exit intent

We want event tracking setup on the light-box pop-ups that load when users exit our client site

There are three versions of exit pop-up on the site:

1) One type on the Kit Selection & Basket pages (/kit/select/ & /checkout/cart)
2) One type in the Checkout (/checkout/onepage/*)
3) One type that works on the homepage and sitewide (excluding the pages mentioned in the previous two points)

We want Google Analytics event tracking set up (via Google Tag Manager) on the following events:

1) The pop-up loads (i.e. appears when the user goes to exit)
2) The X (close) button is pressed by the user (on the top right of the pop-up)
3) The yellow button (these buttons say ‘Get your kit now’, ‘Get your kit’ or ‘Find your colour’) is clicked
