I need an appointment booking website

Description of requirements/features: Hi there, thanks for looking at my requirement.

I need a website for a small courier service. It is a one man show with one delivery van. The customers will use the site to get a quote for a delivery, check availability of the driver for their chosen day, and contact form.

my budget is pretty tight and I am looking for a basic site. I have created a prototype/wireframe of the site which can be shared. There is 3 tabs in the customer view and 3 tabs in the admin view.

I am not concerned what this site is built in, as long as it works and is cost effective for me.

Please don't send me a crazy proposal for like 1,000 or something because that is insane and I will look elsewhere.

I have hosting via godaddy, so the site will need to be installed on their server. The site will need the usual search engine optimisation, i have some good keywords I can share. The site will need to be viewed on Desktop and Mobile, so a responsive design is needed, because most of the customers will use a mobile phone to use the site. I have a domain name already and am working on a logo.

Customer Requirement:
- There are a few static pages
- A calendar for booking out time of the delivery driver (any calendar plugin is fine)
- Google map integration which will check the distance of the 'Delivery Journey' and show on Google map on the site for the customer to see
- Quote generation based on the 'Total Distance' of the delivery journey. I have a very basic formula which will calculate the Quote to give to the customer.
- Ability to make requests for a delivery based on the calendar availability
- Contact form page

Admin Requirements:
- A list view of new deliveries that have come in from the site
- A list of all deliveries for that day
- A calendar view for the driver to book unavailable time in the calendar.
- Settings to administer the site / static content.
