I need a website help

General information for the website: International consultancy
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: less than 14
Description of every page/module: Hi
I have already a website hosted in 1&1 and developed with a simple tool. However, I need something more professional and simple to enhance the business and confidence.
May be I will need to migrate to another hosting supplier so any guidance and low costs are very welcome. The business has not yet started.
Please do not hesitate to send picture of template you can work on. Photos and text are provided.
The website will handle 3 languages: English , Spanish and French.

Description of requirements/features: There are only some pages with text, However, text is sometimes very short. Pictures and other elements like press cuts and links can fill empty places.
CMS and Admin requirements: I am open to low cost solution and I would like to have the access and ability to develop the website when activity stabilised.
