I need a website created to support an online support community

I need to create a website to facilitate online coaching for health and diet.

At the most basic level:
There needs to be an introductory page accessible by all users which explains the mission of the group, introduces people to the coaching team and links to a bio of each member of the coaching team
Included in this must be sections for things like shared success stories, testimonials, further resources etc.

The next feature would be an exclusive members area which allows access to additional resources, a user forum/blog

There would also need to be an individual account for members where they can upload measurements/questions and so forth.

Most important there needs to be a blog/news section where people can get latest news/updates which I need to be able to easily add to (I am computer literate but not good enough to design my own site)
