I need a website built

I would like a basic website for my freelance business - I have a domain name, but that is it so far. Would like to be able to modify it myself if possible, but am not sure where to start with building it.

The site would need a few pages:
home page
about me
prices
testimonials
examples of work
contact me

plus a twitter feed from my twitter account.

I currently have no Logo's or 'brand', am starting from the beginning.
