I need a website built.

I need a website designing for a new think tank based in London.

* Simplicity and the ease of use is the priority. It should be very quickly apparent who we are, what we do, our output, and who works there in clearly defined sections.
* It should be clean, easy to read and have a minimal amount of info on the homepage.
* There would be a function on the homepage which displayed automatically updating social media output from our organisation, so it is consistently being updated.
* An accurate and exhaustive search function is required.

I already have a domain and a logo.
