I need a webpage that loads an audio and produces spectrogram

In this project, I require someone with knowledge of web audio API. The following are the steps that the website should perform on the audio file:

1. Load audio files (any format)
2. Produce audio waveform
3. produce spectrogram.

Refer to the concept in the attachment to better understand what this is should look like.

The website should look professional. The code should be modular enough to be used with other javascript functions.
