    - pages required
    - target audience
    - assets required OR provided (this should include audio / video / copy text / images)

    The use of JavaScript, can you add context as to why it would be required?
    - assume functionality but good to know in advance

    Is the fixed fee of $30 a placeholder?
    Are you accepting proposals around $200?
    $200 is just a guesstimate without knowing what is involved.

    Without the above, it's not possible to send a meaningful proposal that offers recommendations; strategy to implement; timeline and cost.
