I need a responsive website created from my illustrator/psd files to html

I have a very simply website that I have done for myself in Illustrator (can convert to PSD if required) and would like a Responsive (mobile/browser/tablet) one page HTML site to be created.

Its basically a landing page (static), an about me page, a work example page (with gallery of images disolving into each other every 5 seconds - i supply and load up images), it also has a contact me page and a pricing page.

I also have many sites that I am doing at the moment and would like to create an ongoing relationship for the other sites. But I am trailing this service with my new site first.

This particular site requires a working contact us form with back end PHP done so when you send me the HTML Files it is working once loaded up with required email address.
It requires an image gallery where I will load up approximately 20 images.
I would like spotify widget installed onto one of the pages so people can press play to listen to my playlist (i have the instructions for this if required).

Is this something you can provide me with a quotation for ???

Extra notes: You need to have an eye for detail and understand graphic design for my jobs, I want someone who can tell if a paragraph is not aligned correctly and understands the design. :-)
