I need a redesign on an existing web site

Redesign the existing site - www.makemeconfident.co.uk. I want a front page that has the logo with options to go into different areas ie an icon for business an icon for personal etc there will be three icons. The icon then takes you into the web site for that section ie business section. In this section the services of the company will be shown. i want it to clean and clear with less words than currently. we have got good press & testimonials recently so wish to present these better within the site. The redesign is to house the different type of end user within the site so the language and services is correct to end user. Its like having three mini sites in one. The logo on the site and the images i'm happy with - the text will be changed. The logo and the squares within it should be used more with the redesign as icons/ buttons etc.

I have added the brochure we have done recently and this style is more in line with the brand so would like to expand on this design and style to incorporate the housing of the different sections.
