General information for the website: SkinBase Brand Centre In essence this is shopping cart for the use only of our registered franchisees.
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: The administrator will set up all users by initial invitation however, ongoing user maintenance should be handled by the system (eg forgotten passwords, change of account details, email subscription settings). Initially, our existing 2000 franchisees will need to be given, and emailed, user names and passwords by bulk upload. The shopping cart will need to be ‘branded’ and have an image consistent with our existing look and feel. See www.skinbaseipl.co.uk and www.skinbase.co.uk
The shopping cart will have 4 categories (page tabs) initially but will need to be expandable as we add new product categories over time.
Currently the four categories and sub-categories are as follows (but these need to adaptable/expandable in the CMS) :

Description of requirements/features: The ‘assets’ that franchisees can access are in the form of electronic files (eg. JPEG, PDF and PNG) and also physical products (eg. Printed materials, badges, towels etc). Downloads should be automatic and without any intervention from admin. Physical purchases will be informed to head office initially by email but in the future by automatic integration with ZoHo invoicing and ZoHo CRM.
All of the items will initially have £0 value. However, we do want the shopping cart to be able to charge in the future and also to have the option of being ‘free’ but we charge only for the postage.
Importantly, a feature that we would like is that when we have uploaded a new ‘asset’ all of the registered franchisees get an email notification automatically. The recipient of the email should have the option to opt out of product category emails (ie SkinBase Brand, MD, IPL or 3D lifting), or to opt out of the update emails altogether.
We want the website to be hosted on our servers (currently with ‘Clook.net’). The source code and database needs to be available.
Extra services needed: 3rd party integration
Specific technologies required: In future integration with ZoHo Invoice and ZoHo CRM
Extra notes: We need the ability to begin adding sub-categories and files in 2 weeks’ time. We need a finished product in 4 weeks’ time.
